Amicable staff, unbeatable location. Setting adjacent to Kota Kinabalu and mall wr locked and the city centre. The pool looked lovely.

The apartment was very neat, had easy check-in and flexible check-out. Beautiful garden to sit in. Their breakfasts were particularly nice and exceptionally nice. We liked the efficient service.
